Terms of Service

Nonna Placements is a free senior placement referral service for California families. We maintain a directory of licensed care homes, help you compare options, and connect you with communities and our placement specialists. We are not a care provider, a licensed health facility, or a medical advisor, and we don't make medical decisions for your family.

You're welcome to browse, save homes, and contact us at no cost. We ask that you use the site honestly: don't scrape or reuse the directory in bulk, don't misrepresent who you are, and don't use contact forms for spam or solicitation. Facility contact details shown after an inquiry are for your family's personal use in arranging care.

Facility records in our directory are compiled from publicly available state licensing records and community information. We work hard to keep it accurate and current, but details like availability, pricing, and services change often. Always confirm specifics directly with a community or with your placement specialist before making decisions.

Our service is free to families. Participating care communities pay us a referral fee when we place a family with them. This never changes what you pay a community, and we're never paid more to recommend one home over another. More about how this works on our How we help page.

We do our best with every family, but we can't guarantee that any particular home will have availability, accept a resident, or meet every expectation. Decisions about care are yours and your family's; our role is to inform and guide, not to decide for you.

If we update these terms, we'll post the new version on this page with a fresh date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
