Our service is 100% free to families
You will never receive a bill, an invoice, or a fee from us. Not for searching, not for tours, not for the placement itself. We help you understand your options, arrange visits, and ask the right questions, and it costs you nothing at any step.
Care communities pay us when we place someone
Participating assisted living, memory care, and board and care homes pay us a referral fee, but only when a family we assist actually moves in. If we don't find you the right home, we don't get paid. This is how we've always kept our service free for families like yours.
We're never paid more to recommend one home over another
Some placement services steer families toward the homes that pay them the biggest bonus. We don't. Our recommendations are based on your loved one's care needs, your budget, and the location that works for your family, not on who pays us the most. Our advice stays honest because it has to: your trust is our whole business.
